Adult ADHD Skills Program – Online Group Training

Living with ADHD can be both challenging and empowering. Our Adult ADHD Skills Program is designed to provide psychoeducation and practical strategies to help individuals thrive with ADHD. This small-group, online program (maximum 6 participants) combines knowledge-building with hands-on skill practice to support everyday life.

 

What You’ll Learn

Master Your Mind: Understand ADHD neurobiology, explore neuro-affirming strengths, and set meaningful goals.

Executive Function Strategies: Learn task management, prioritisation, planning, and techniques for task initiation and completion.

Emotional Regulation: Build skills to manage emotions, and apply compassion-focused strategies tailored for ADHD.

Relationship Management: Explore communication styles and strengthen connections in neurodiverse and neurotypical relationships.

 

Who Can Join

  • Adults (16+) with an ADHD diagnosis

  • Both males and females welcome

  • Advantage if you’ve had some prior therapy experience

  • Limited to 6 participants for personalised support

 

Format

  • Delivered online for accessibility and convenience

  • Focused on skills development with practice during sessions
