Nuch is a Registered Psychologist who brings a warm, curious and down-to-earth style to her work. She holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from Bond University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland. Before joining Breakthrough Psychology, she worked in a specialist neurodiversity clinic conducting psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments, and in an inpatient mental health setting facilitating individual and group interventions.

Nuch works with children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression and other mood-related concerns, self-esteem difficulties, stress and burnout, perfectionism, and adjustment or life transitions. She has a particular interest in psychological assessment — including ADHD, autism, cognitive and learning assessments — and in neurodiversity-affirming practice, especially supporting women exploring or adjusting to a neurodivergent identity later in life.

Nuch’s approach is person-centred, collaborative and individualised. Rather than a one-size-fits-all method, she tailors therapy to each client’s circumstances, strengths and goals, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed interventions.

Known for her warmth, calm and genuine, non-judgemental manner, Nuch creates a safe space where clients feel comfortable speaking openly and leave with greater clarity and practical next steps. Outside the clinic, she is a competitive Ballroom and Latin dancer, and enjoys reading, cooking and experimenting with all things sourdough.

Nuch is available on Mondays and Wednesdays, 10.30am–6.30pm.
