Registered Psychologist 
Nadine Sarah 

MPP Psych | BA Psych (Hons)

 

Nadine is an experienced Registered Psychologist, with a Professional Masters in Psychology from Macquarie University and an honours degree in Psychology. She has worked in complex systems, such as the Northern Beaches Hospital, Child Protection and Head to Health before entering private practice.

Nadine is passionat about working with adolescents and young adults. She loves sharing her knowledge of Psychology in assisting by transforming the lives of clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment, grief and loss, trauma.

She has most recently returned from a Hatha & Asthtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. She balances this passion by her daily self-care practice of mindfulness, pranayama and yoga. By nature, Nadine is compassionate, calm, patient and non-judgemental in the way she engages with her clients.

Her orientation of work is client-centred, holistic and varies to suit each client. She is trained in cognitive behavioural, acceptance and commitment and mindfulness therapies.

Nadine also speaks Tamil fluently.

Nadine is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists incorporated (AAPi). 

Nadine is currently available on: Wed and Thur: 11- 7pm

Nicole has played an integral role in coordinating the Cognitive Testing Clinic for the past year alongside the other Psychologists and Director. She also conducts psychometric testing for Giftedness, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disorders and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Nicole is committed to engaging in continued professional learning and development. She is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists and the Provisional Psychologist Hub. She has completed additional professional development in cognitive assessment and report writing, treatment and assessment of anxiety and depression in children,  and working with suicidal clients.

Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time in nature whether it be hiking, at the beach, or bringing more houseplants home. She is an avid gym goer, enjoys being creative, playing video games, and relaxing with her cat and a cuppa.

 

Nicole is available Wednesday and Fridays between 10am-6pm and is currently accepting therapy referrals for children, adolescents and young adults aged 5-25 years old. She is also accepting referrals for Adult ADHD Assessments.
